Sauteed Corn with Garlic
serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 ea corn cobs, kernals removed
- 2 cl garlic, minced
- 2 T cilantro, chopped
- 1 T lime juice
Instructions
- Saute the garlic in butter until fragrant. Add in the corn kernals and continue sauteing until the corn is almost done.
- Squeeze in the lime juice, season to taste.
- Plate and serve hot.
